I learned the system from the inside.

I moved from Egypt to Italy to keep studying what I cared about: programming and cybersecurity.

To build a life here, I worked inside the Italian administrative machine — CAF and Patronato services. Permits, taxes, pensions, families. Years of watching how bureaucracy actually behaves, and how people get stuck in it.

That became an unfair advantage. I understood the processes, the law, the customers and the staff before writing a line of code. So the code did the right thing.

Today I am a software and automation engineer, a partner in Easy2Do — one of the better-known service offices for Egyptians in Italy, in Milan and Brescia — and a creator with a combined audience above 150,000 people.

What I do now is combine all of it: managing people and businesses, software engineering, automation, AI and security — to make real operations intelligent.
